Boilers and Drains

Well as I mentioned before our much anticipated IPA was brewed on Feb 27 and I expected to be bottling it sometime next week well...........

Maybe not next week. As Luck would have it Wagner Valley is rebuilding its boiler this week and replacing some bad drains. That translates to no bottling for a indetermined amount of time. Sometimes you never know what problems can arise until they do, these are two of them. We've had a comedy of delays over the last 12 months so nothing surprises me anymore. The good news is that its been brewed and will be bottled sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.
